I took my annual fall trip to Yellowstone. I was gone 2 weeks. Lori was with me for the first week, and when she left Fran joined me along with Greg Chandler for 3 days. I spent the remainder there by myself. Weather was great and wildlife watching was the best ever.

Fran, Greg, and I watched elk along the Madison River, just east of the bridge. The bull was mid-sized and barely had a 6-point rack. He did have the start of a 7th point on the right side. We enjoyed it, but the bull got way too close to me as he rounded up a cow! And that was after I had finished shooting and was by the car!
