Lori and I took a long spring trip of 5 weeks to Yellowstone National Park. It was our first trip with our new-to-us trailer.. Getting everything ready for the trip was exciting, but we finally departed for Yellowstone on April 30 and arrived in Yellowstone May 1. We stayed at Madison campground.

Lori and I drove to Little America for evening wildlife viewing. We found some pronghorn in wonderful light fairly close to the road. We watched them for about an hour and then returned to the Madison campground via Tower and Dunraven pass. At Tower we saw one of the black bear sows with two cubs of the year. It was a very nice evening.
