Lori and I took a summer trip to Yellowstone along with my sisters Fran and Ginger. We had wonderful weather and a it was a really great trip. We saw many thermal features and had a few wonderful wildlife encounters.
We came across a herd of buffalo crossing the road in the Lamar valley. There were many calves and cows along with some magnificent bulls. The lighting was wonderful so we pulled over to watch and photograph them for awhile.
