Lori, Ginger, and I took a week-long summer trip to Yellowstone. Fran joined us for the last four days. We had a wonderful time and saw amazing signts. The wildlife was surprisingly active, with sightings of bears, wolf, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, eagles, osprey, etc.
On the way to Yellowstone, we stopped at Grand Teton National Park. We had a very pleasant lunch at the String Lake Picnic Area. We then drove to the Jenny Lake Overlook, where I took a few pictures. It was quite hazy from smoke that had blown in from forest fires on the west coast.
