Lori and I took a long spring trip of 5 weeks to Yellowstone National Park. It was our first trip with our new-to-us trailer.. Getting everything ready for the trip was exciting,but we finally departed for Yellowstone on April 30 and arrived in Yellowstone May 1. We stayed at Madison campground.



Lori and I returned to the Roaring Mountain area later in the morning and discovered the SOW with no cubs. Folks there told us a boar had come on the scene and separated the sow from her cubs. We stayed therea couple of hours, sighting the sow several times. We did not see her cubs again that morning.
