First spring trip to Yellowstone. I had a great time and saw wonderful sights. The wildlife viewing and photographing was superb. The weather was cold and snowy for most of the trip. I had an absolutely wonderful time.

A Buffalo calf started running, followed by its mother. Then several other buffalo started to run. I looked up and saw that this grizzly bear was approaching. It was interested in the calves, but they were too well protected, so it just grubbed around, eating what it could find.
