Lori and I took our spring trip to Yellowstone a bit later this year, hoping for a bit drier weather and to be there when more of the trails opened for the season.



We returned to the Madison campground a bit early in the evening for my birthday. There was wondeful light so we decided to walk down by the river. We found a small group of buffalo cows with newborn calves and I spent the evening taking pictures of them.
